　　　　念押しの付加疑問文。基となる文you’re(=you are)～、

　　　　否定疑問「, aren’t you?」を加える。

　　　　the one(その人)をthat以下で説明する関係代名詞節修飾。

                appreciateを使ってより深い感謝を伝える。

　　　　 anything I can do □はanythingを節が説明する関係代名詞修飾
